Making an exchange or return is free and easy. Just email customerservice@sirak.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Exchange / Returns Policy: ● All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid damaging the finishing of the sole. ● Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. ● Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Exchange / Returns Procedure: ● Return shipping is provided absolutely free. ● Email customerservice@sirak.com with the reason for your return and you will be sent a Return Authorization (RA) number. ● You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. ● Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. ● You will be provided with a pre-paid FedEx Ground shipping label to return the purchase to us. ● Please carefully pack product and original box inside a sturdy box suitable for shipping or use original packaging that was sent to you. ● Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States. ● Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. ● Exchanges for a different size or style should be processed as a new order. ● Every effort will be made to process refunds and ship new merchandise as quickly as possible.
All shipments are sent standard FedEx. Expected transit times are 3-5 business days.
